Sting of the Yellow Jacket

On the 24th, a yellow jacket stung my hand while I was trimming the irises. My hand swelled so large I couldn't use it. The swelling crept up my arm over the night and next day. It was very painful and feverish. The swelling got as far as my inner elbow before it subsided. Today, it's back down almost to normal. Still a spot at my inner elbow about 2-1/2"x 1-1/2" that's puffy and red. I had to use an ice pack and Caladryl lotion to relieve the pain and fever in the hand.

If this should happen again, I'll probably go to the ER.

Ed got revenge on the little rascals.
